thrice frozen fish

2 weeks ago my freezer door got stuck open and defrosted over night, all over the kitchen floor. I thought most of the stuff was fine, but it appears that the frozen fish must have thawed. I cooked it tonight – rubbery and mealy. Ick. So, warning to the masses – if your freezer defrosts…cook the fish right away!
